IKEA Services (Vietnam) Co., Ltd is currently looking for a Food Intern working in the Category Area Food based in Ho Chi Minh city.

Job Description

Under the guidance and support of the Business Development Manager and the Business Team, we are looking for a Food Intern to assist our Food Team with essential product data validation and compliance verification for food products.

The selected intern will gain exposure to the following areas:

• An introduction to our company’s food safety and quality compliance requirements for products supplied to IKEA.

• Validation and verification of product data to ensure compliance with our corporate standards and requirements.

• Supporting the Business Team in maintaining the accuracy of product information.

Key Deliverables:

• Review and validate product information against IKEA’s requirements to identify potential compliance gaps.

• Enter and maintain accurate product data in our internal data management systems.

What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications

• Student at the final year at University in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Engineering or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and a structural approach to data entry and validation.

• Basic understanding of food safety and quality management standard/system such as HACCP, GFSI and food regulatory compliance (preferred but not required).

• A team player with a proactive attitude and strong English communication skills.

Additional Information

Practicalities:

• Internship period: 4 months from 15 Jul 2025

• Time invested: 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday

• Working location: 7th Floor, Sofic Building, 8-10 Mai Chi Tho, Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, HCMC

• Monthly gross Internship allowance: VND 4,960,000
