Overview of the position

ofi is looking for a QFS Intern to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Center of Excellence (COE) in Vietnam. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, documentation, and food safety compliance within a global organization. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about food safety and eager to contribute to impactful quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the QMS COE team with daily operational tasks and documentation management.

• Support the creation, revision, and organization of QMS documents and SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing QFS projects and initiatives.

• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Experience & Qualification

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.

• Strong interest in Quality Management Systems and food safety.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of GMP and digital tools (Power BI, E-learning platforms) is a plus.

• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
