Overview of the position
ofi is looking for a QFS Intern to support the Quality Management System (QMS) Center of Excellence (COE) in Vietnam. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality systems, documentation, and food safety compliance within a global organization. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about food safety and eager to contribute to impactful quality initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Assist the QMS COE team with daily operational tasks and documentation management.
Support the creation, revision, and organization of QMS documents and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing QFS projects and initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Experience & Qualification
Final-year student or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
Strong interest in Quality Management Systems and food safety.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge of GMP and digital tools (Power BI, E-learning platforms) is a plus.
Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
