Vietnam Food (VNF) company specializes in processing shrimp co-products to create value-added ingredients for various industries whilst alleviating environmental burden.

VNF is currently both the pioneer and leading shrimp co-products processor in Vietnam, providing comprehensive eco-friendly solutions from both shrimp heads and shrimp shells.

In December 2019, VNF was announced as the winner of the global ‘2019 Food Ingredients: Innovation Award’ in the most prestigious category ‘Future of Nutrition’. VNF’s food ingredients product portfolio was spotlighted both for its delicious flavors and aromas, as well as for VNF’s biotechnological zero-waste production mindset alleviating environmental burden of a vast raw materials source. Moreoever, the nutrient-rich and protein-rich content of VNF’s food products was globally recognized as a highly viable alternative source of protein considering the world’s growing protein shortage.
